Welcome to Florida Local Web (including FLW97.com). By using our websites, services, or products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Florida Local Web provides digital marketing solutions, which may include:
Website redesigns, new builds, and content additions
Website hosting and maintenance
Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization
SEO and visibility strategies (citations, press releases, GBP posts, etc.)
Content creation and publishing
Our services may evolve over time as strategies improve, but all are designed to boost your visibility and generate more leads.
All setup fees, monthly service fees, or project-based payments are due as agreed in your invoice or plan.
Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered, initiated, or published (e.g., press release distribution, live site updates, or campaign kickoff).
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services until balances are cleared.
For certain ongoing services — including but not limited to monthly/yearly website hosting, the GBP Framework Program, and other subscription-based projects — the client agrees to enroll in automatic payments through our payment processor to ensure seamless billing and uninterrupted service.
To ensure successful delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely business information (e.g., name, address, phone number, branding assets).
Maintain ownership and access to their own business accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, domain registrar, social media).
Grant Florida Local Web necessary account access, permissions, and management roles (e.g., GBP manager access, hosting logins, registrar access) within 24 hours of onboarding. Delays in providing required access or logins are the client’s responsibility, and Florida Local Web is not liable for missed deadlines or performance delays caused by incomplete access.
In cases where a client provides direct login credentials (username and password) instead of assigning admin or manager roles, Florida Local Web strongly recommends that the client change their password(s) once services are completed.
Some third-party platforms may require security verification codes (via email, text, or phone call) to confirm access. Clients must provide their best email and phone number at signup and remain available to relay security codes when needed. Scheduling may be required if verification codes are time-sensitive.
Understand that marketing performance depends on multiple factors (competition, search engine changes, location, etc.), and no ranking, traffic, or sales guarantees are made.
Florida Local Web has developed proven systems, frameworks, and networks that are the result of years of testing, investment, and refinement. These are the very strategies that allow us to consistently deliver results for our clients.
While we are fully transparent about the services you are receiving, the exact methods, connections, and tools we use are considered proprietary trade secrets. This protects the integrity of our work and ensures that the systems we’ve built remain effective for all clients.
What this means for you:
You receive the full benefit of these systems working behind the scenes on your behalf.
You can trust that every action taken is designed to strengthen your visibility, authority, and lead generation.
You are not expected (or required) to manage, understand, or replicate these processes — that’s our responsibility.
In short: we take your success seriously and bring every resource we have to the table, but the details of how we achieve that remain confidential to protect both our clients and the systems we’ve built.
Redesigns & Add-Ons: When Florida Local Web redesigns or adds pages to an existing site, that website remains the client’s property at all times.
New Website Builds: Payment for new website projects is collected in full during onboarding. Once the build is complete, ownership of the website belongs to the client.
Cancellations: Because payment is made upfront and website projects require immediate purchase of premium software licenses, themes, and setup work, cancellations after onboarding are only eligible for a 50% refund. This ensures expenses already incurred at the time of payment are covered.
Press Releases & GBP Posts: Once submitted or published, these materials live on third-party platforms (such as news outlets or Google) and cannot be altered, transferred, or “owned” beyond their published state.
Citations & Directory Listings: Accounts created for citations or directory listings belong to the client. Florida Local Web will provide login credentials where applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to update account details (such as email addresses or passwords) to secure ownership and long-term control.
General Rule: Any materials created are designed for the client’s benefit. Where logins exist, they are handed over. Where no logins exist, ownership resides with the publishing platform.
If you choose our hosting/maintenance plan, your site is hosted on our optimized servers and maintained under our security, backup, and update protocols.
If hosting is canceled or not renewed, Florida Local Web is not responsible for site downtime, file loss, or transfer issues.
We may rely on third-party platforms (Google, press release distributors, hosting providers, etc.) to deliver services. Florida Local Web is not responsible for downtime, restrictions, or changes imposed by third parties.
Florida Local Web is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption from the use of our services. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the month in which a dispute arises.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees already paid for services rendered, campaigns initiated, or website expenses incurred are non-refundable beyond what is stated in Section 5.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
